Ravindra Jadeja announced his T20I Retirement

After both the senior players Virat kohli and Rohit Sharma, Star All Rounder Ravindra jadeja has also announced his retirement from T20Is. 



Like Virat and Rohit, Ravindra jadeja wanted to retire from the shortest format after lifted the T20 World Cup Trophy. He has many performances for India especially in One day and the longest format Test Cricket. However, he will continue to play in one day cricket and test cricket even after taking retirement from T20Is. 




Ravindra Jadeja T20I Career: 

Ravindra jadeja made his T20I debut in February 2009 against Sri Lanka. He has played 74 T20Is for india in his career. In his 74 T20Is, he managed to score 515 runs at a strike rate of 127. He has taken 54 wickets in his T20I Career. 


Now let's take a look at his best T20I Performances: 

Two years ago in a T20I match against England, Ravindra jadeja crossed his highest T20I score. He scored 46 runs off 29 balls and hepled india to post 170 runs mark in that match. He was remained not out at the end india's Batting. 

12 years ago in 2012, Ravindra jadeja bowled an economic spell against Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. He bowled three overs and took 1 wicket in that match. He also helped in running out Aaron finch and George Bailey. Due to his brilliant performance in the field, he was awarded man of the match award.

Beside this, jadeja also came at number 3 in taking most catches by a substitute in an innings. Ravindra jadeja bowled 4 maiden overs in his T20I Career. Ravindra jadeja bowled 1356 balls in his whole T20I Career.
